Please register and pay the participation fee through Payvent.
The registration fee is the same for both on-site and online attendance.

- The on-site participation fee includes the workshop fee, admission to the two-day conference, lunch, and refreshments. Presenters are required to attend on-site. Online presentations are not allowed.
- A simultaneous interpretation receiver (English to Japanese) for the main venue (Room 1) will be available for 2,000 yen for two days with advance reservation. Please apply at the time of registration.
- The online live streaming will cover the keynotes, and lectures held in the main venue (Room 1) over the two days, the Asia open forum, panel discussions, the opening ceremony, and the closing remarks. General presentation sessions will not be streamed.
- Payment deadline: Nov. 9, 2025, 5:00 PM (JST)
- On-site participation is limited to the first 200 registrants.
- The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Special Invitation for International Participants – Japanese Cultural Experience
As a special cultural experience for our international participants, we are pleased to offer a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, where you can enjoy Matcha (green tea) and Wagashi (Japanese sweets).
Matcha and Wagashi will be served free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets will be distributed at the registration desk on the first day of the conference, November 8.
We encourage you to take this opportunity to experience the elegance and hospitality of Japanese culture.
